Tays Cancer Centre
Tays Cancer Centre operates under both the Wellbeing Services County of Pirkanmaa and the Tampere University. The Tays Cancer Centre combines cancer treatment, diagnostics and research at the University Hospital across the boundaries of its domains, as well as cancer research and the training of professionals at Tampere University.
Tays Cancer Centre is internationally accredited (OECI Cancer Centre 2019 and 2025) and participates in several international networks promoting cancer treatment and research, such as the Nordic Baltic Comprehensive Cancer Centre Network and OECI (Organisation of European Cancer Institutes).
